Numbers don't tell you much until you put them next to actual things you do online. Here's the quick version.
500 / 100 Mbps
900 / 500 Mbps
From sign-up to streaming. Most fibre connections happen within 1–2 business days.
Choose Fast or Fastest. Both come unlimited with static IP — pick on speed alone. Send us your details and we'll go from there.
A real person from our Gisborne team rings to confirm your address, install date, and any details.
If you're in our region, an Evolution Wireless tech installs your router and tests the connection — usually 30 minutes to an hour. Outside the region, we ship a self-installable router overnight with simple plug-in instructions.
Fibre is available in most New Zealand towns and cities. We deliver it via the Chorus fibre network — the same infrastructure the big telcos use.
If you're not sure, give us a ring on 0800 4 WIRELESS with your address and we'll confirm in about 30 seconds — or check it yourself on the Chorus site.
Easy. Tell us when you want to switch and we'll coordinate with your current provider — usually no downtime if there's already fibre at your address.
Watch out for exit fees on your current contract though. Most big telco plans lock you in for 12–24 months. We don't, so once you're with us you can leave whenever.
You can BYO if your existing router is fibre-compatible — most modern ones are. Or buy ours: a quality dual-band wifi router that's pre-configured. We'll explain the options when we ring.
A static IP is your own permanent address on the internet. It means you can run a security camera you can check from work, host a small server, or just have a more reliable VoIP / VPN setup at home.
Most ISPs charge $5–10/month extra for one. We include it on every plan. It's standard — it shouldn't be a luxury.
There isn't one. No 12-month contract, no mandatory bundles, no add-on fees that creep onto your bill.
We're a small independent NZ-owned business, run from Gisborne, that's been doing this since 2008. We don't have shareholders to please — just customers.
If you're anywhere across Poverty Bay, Northern Hawke's Bay, or Eastern Bay of Plenty and fibre hasn't reached your spot, we run our own wireless network — towers, repeaters, and rural relays we built ourselves.
Have a look at our wireless plans or give us a ring and we'll check what's available where you are.
Tell us your address and we'll sort everything else. Real humans, real Kiwi support, real fast internet.
