Mesh wifi for homes & offices where one router won't cut it. Outdoor security cameras for homes, offices, sheds, driveways, and yards.
Regional service. These are wired-up, on-site installs by our team — so they're available across Poverty Bay, Northern Hawke's Bay, and Eastern Bay of Plenty. You don't need to be on our broadband to get them.
One router can't cover a whole house with brick walls, two storeys, or a sleepout out the back. Mesh fixes it — multiple access points, one network, signal everywhere.
Long buildings, separate units, or yards staff need to roam across — the same problem at a bigger scale. We design and cable a network that actually covers the property.
Outdoor cameras with proper night vision and recording. View live from your phone, get motion alerts, keep the footage for when you need it.
Multi-camera setups for properties with several buildings or perimeter areas. We do the site walk to work out what each camera needs to see, then install accordingly.
Multiple access points, one network name. You walk from the lounge to the back deck and your phone never drops the connection. Built on Grandstream — the same gear we use in commercial deployments.
Your devices hand off cleanly between access points as you move. No more "EW_2.4G" vs "EW_5G_back" or whatever your old router named itself.
We walk the property, map out signal coverage, and install access points where they actually solve the problem — not just where the cable's easy to run.
Modern speeds, modern security (WPA3). Good for dozens of devices simultaneously.
For motels, holiday parks, or just keeping visitors off your home network. We set it up at install.
Same support team as our broadband. Real people, 7 days a week.
Cameras for driveways, sheds, gates, yards, and perimeters. Built on Ubiquiti — properly weatherproofed, properly recorded, and installed by licensed technicians.
IP-rated for rain, dust, heat, and salt air. Designed to sit on a wall or post for years.
Infrared and low-light sensors so you actually see what's happening at 2am, not just a black square.
Pay a small monthly fee for cloud storage (footage backed up off-site, accessible from anywhere), or run a local NVR (no monthly cost, footage stored at the property). We help you pick.
Live view and recorded footage from the Ubiquiti app, anywhere with internet. Motion alerts optional.
We hold the right PSPLA licenses to do security work in NZ. Properly mounted, properly cabled, properly commissioned.
Same process for both products — just tell us which one (or both).
Send a few details about the address, the rooms or areas you want covered, and what you're trying to fix. We'll come back with what we'd recommend.
One of our techs visits the property to map out access point or camera placement, then gives you a fixed quote. No obligation to proceed.
We install, cable, configure, test, and walk you through the app. You're set up before we leave.
Security work in New Zealand requires a licence under the Private Security Personnel and Private Investigators Act 2010. We hold the licences we need and our techs are based in Gisborne — not contracted out.
Certified to install and commission security camera systems in residential and commercial settings under NZ law.
Grandstream for wifi, Ubiquiti for cameras. Industry-standard kit, not whatever's on special this month.
Same techs who install our wireless broadband. Based in Gisborne, working across PB / NHB / EBoP.
No. We'll happily install mesh wifi or security cameras for any property in our service region, regardless of who provides your internet. (You will need internet of some kind for the cameras to be remotely accessible, but it doesn't have to be ours.)
Across Poverty Bay, Northern Hawke's Bay, and the Eastern Bay of Plenty. If you're outside that area, give us a ring anyway — we sometimes do work further afield for the right job, but it's not our standard service area.
Both products are quoted per-property because the spread of access points or camera positions makes a big difference. After a quick site visit we give you a fixed quote — no obligation to proceed. Most home installs land in a fairly predictable range and we're happy to give you a ballpark on the phone before we visit.
Our standard offering is outdoor / property-perimeter cameras, which is what most customers want. We can do indoor cameras case-by-case (for businesses needing internal coverage), but residential indoor cameras come with privacy considerations we'd want to talk through first.
Cloud: footage uploads to off-site storage. Pros: theft-proof (a thief can't take the recordings), accessible from anywhere. Cons: small monthly fee, needs working internet.
Local NVR: a recording box at the property stores the footage. Pros: no monthly fees, works even if internet is down. Cons: if the box is stolen, the footage goes with it.
Most customers pick one or the other; some go cloud for critical cameras and local for the rest.
Almost certainly. The way mesh works is more access points spread around the property, each with much shorter distances to cover than your one router currently does. We site-survey before quoting so we know how many you'll need and where they go.
Hardware comes with a 1-year warranty. Beyond that, you have access to our local support team 7 days, 8am–8pm. If something stops working we'll come and have a look.
A typical home mesh install is half a day. A camera setup (2–6 cameras) is usually a full day. Bigger commercial sites take longer; we'll tell you exactly when we quote.
The fastest path to a quote is a quick chat. Tell us the address, the problem, and what you're trying to do — we'll figure out the rest.
