This week Sam's been busy upgrading the Mangaheia transmitter with additional solar panels. This work further reduces our dependency on fossil fuels and backup generators. The capacity of the solar was more than doubled from previous. Approximately 95% of our network is powered by solar/renewables, most on top of the highest hills our region offers.
